ELENA ANDRIANOVA
FOUNDER . DYNASTY WEALTH & FAMILY ADVISORS

Elena Andrianova has spent more than two decades advising some of the world’s most sophisticated ultra-high-net-worth families on the preservation of wealth, governance and continuity across generations.
Her career was shaped within the upper tiers of international private banking and family advisory, holding senior positions within Rothschild’s Trust & Family Advisory business, UBS Wealth Management and PwC. Throughout that time, she advised families whose structures, responsibilities and assets extended across jurisdictions, generations and private international frameworks. Her expertise sits at the intersection of private law, trust practice and generational family advisory, where discretion, judgement and long-term perspective matter more than visibility. Elena’s work is intentionally private. She operates within a relationship model built on trust, discretion and continuity, working alongside a highly selective circle of families over extended periods of time. Her advisory role often extends far beyond wealth itself — encompassing governance, succession, fiduciary structures, contingency planning and the stewardship of family continuity across generations. Elena is not positioned as a traditional wealth advisor, nor does she operate within the commercial structures of product-driven private banking. Her role is to act as a long-term strategic advisor to families navigating the responsibilities that accompany significant wealth, complex structures and multi-generational legacy. Known for her measured counsel, international experience and deeply discreet approach, Elena is trusted by families who value privacy, alignment and independence above publicity or scale. Elena holds a Master’s Degree in Private Law (2001), pursued postgraduate studies at Leiden University (2001), is STEP qualified in International Trust Management (2008), and completed Harvard Business School Executive Education (2017). Dynasty Wealth & Family Advisors was established as an independent advisory practice for families who require discretion without compromise, continuity without institutional turnover, and advisory relationships designed to endure across generations.
